These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the independent sole proprietor who operates Adorable ("Adorable", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Adorable. Contact: admin@adorable.bot.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Adorable on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and "you" means that organization.
Adorable is an AI-powered tool that generates, runs, and hosts software based on your instructions. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is under active development. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice or liability. We do not promise any particular uptime, availability, capacity, performance, or result.
Code, configuration, text, data, and other output produced by Adorable are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, insecure, non-functional, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable. We do not warrant that output is correct, fit for any purpose, secure, original, or non-infringing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating any output before relying on, deploying, or distributing it. Do not deploy generated applications that handle sensitive data, payments, or safety-critical functions without your own independent review.
You may not use Adorable, or build or host anything with it, that: is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive (e.g. phishing), or infringes others' rights; contains malware or facilitates attacks; involves child sexual abuse material, targeted harassment, or content that violates our providers' policies; mines cryptocurrency or otherwise abuses compute; attempts to break out of project isolation, access other users' data, probe or attack our or others' infrastructure, or circumvent billing, rate limits, or security controls. We may investigate and may suspend or remove offending content or accounts.
Your projects run code in isolated environments on shared infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to isolate projects, but you run code at your own risk and we do not warrant that isolation, sandboxing, or any security control is impenetrable. You must not deliberately run malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform or other users.
As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content and code you create with Adorable. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate the service and as you direct (for example, to publish your app or sync it to a repository). You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. We retain all rights in the Adorable platform itself.
Adorable relies on and lets you connect third-party services (model providers, Telegram, hosting, GitHub, Google, Stripe, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them or for any act or omission of any third party. Submitting prompts means your input is sent to model providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid usage is billed from a prepaid wallet, primarily via Telegram Stars. Usage is metered and charged at our then-current rates (a multiple of underlying provider cost). Wallet top-ups and consumed usage are non-refundable except where refunds are required by law. We may change prices and rates prospectively. You are responsible for any taxes on your purchases. Promotional credits (e.g. a signup bonus) have no cash value and may expire or be revoked.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADORABLE AND ALL OUTPUT, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST. YOU USE ADORABLE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) ADORABLE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (SUCH AS FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR PERSONAL INJURY WHERE APPLICABLE).
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of Adorable; the applications, content, or data you build, deploy, or process; your violation of these Terms or any law; or your infringement of any third party's rights.
We may, but are not obligated to, retain or back up your data, and we are not liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data. Keep your own copies of anything important.
You may stop using Adorable and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or risk to the platform or others. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will allow a period (typically 30 days) to export your project data after termination, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted here (and, where appropriate, after in-app or email notice). Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us at admin@adorable.bot to attempt to resolve it informally.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the service. These Terms (with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between us regarding the service. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
