This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Adorable ("Adorable", "we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. Adorable is operated by an independent sole proprietor. For any privacy question or data-subject request, contact admin@adorable.bot.
We process this data to operate and secure the service, generate and host your projects, meter and bill usage, prevent abuse, comply with law, and respond to support requests. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you (providing the service and billing), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the service), your consent where required (e.g. optional integrations), and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary with sub-processors that help us run the service:
Our core infrastructure is in the EU. Some sub-processors (notably model providers) may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on those providers' safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision). By submitting prompts you understand they may be processed by providers located outside your country.
Project files and databases are kept for the life of your account. Technical and access logs are kept for up to 90 days. Billing records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax. After account deletion we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Email admin@adorable.bot to exercise these rights. If you are in the EEA/UK and believe we have mishandled your data, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, encrypted secrets at rest, per-project isolation, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and operate the app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Adorable is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced in-app or by email.
